- Requested service category
- Company or organization name, if you choose to provide it, and your project stage (from the project brief form)
- Technical information required to protect our systems and prevent abuse (for example, IP address used for rate-limiting and spam prevention)

The legal basis for processing is your request for information or services, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Data Storage and Retention
Contact submissions are stored securely within NyXnia's systems. Information is retained for as long as necessary to manage communication, provide services, fulfill legal obligations, or until you request deletion where applicable. If you wish to have your personal information removed, please contact [email protected].
Data Sharing
NyXnia does not sell personal data. Personal information may only be shared:
- When required by law
- When necessary to operate infrastructure or deliver services
- To protect the security, integrity, or legal rights of NyXnia and its users
The website is hosted with infrastructure providers in the European Union, acting as data processors. The site is delivered and protected by a third-party network-security provider that analyzes traffic — including IP addresses — to route requests and defend against attacks, also acting as a data processor. Any third-party processing is subject to appropriate security and privacy safeguards.
Where a payment is made, payment data is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as a recipient of that data under its own privacy terms. Card details are entered on the provider’s own pages and are never processed or stored by NyXnia.
International Data Transfers
NyXnia primarily operates within the European Union. If personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, appropriate safeguards will be implemented in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
At the time of publication, the public NyXnia website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking systems, third-party analytics platforms, or profiling technologies. No tracking scripts or advertising pixels are loaded on public pages.
- Spam-prevention on our forms uses an in-memory request token; it sets no cookie on the public website.
- The public website currently sets no cookies of any kind — not even strictly necessary ones. The network-security layer that delivers the site can set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own during active attack mitigation (bot defense, never tracking). Customer sign-in is not yet open; if it opens, signing in will set a strictly necessary session cookie (
httpOnly,Secure,SameSite=Lax), and this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated before that happens. Nothing will track you.
Should our use of cookies or similar technologies change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Security
NyXnia employs technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. These include access controls, secure infrastructure, encrypted communications where applicable, security monitoring and maintenance, and regular software updates. While no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we continuously work to maintain a high level of protection.
Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Receive a copy of your personal data
- Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY)
Requests can be submitted to [email protected].
Automated Decision-Making
NyXnia does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Children's Privacy
NyXnia's services are intended for businesses, organizations, and individuals aged 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without an appropriate legal basis or required consent.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be available on the NyXnia website.
