The Short Version

NyXnia sets no tracking cookies. No advertising cookies, no behavioral tracking, no third-party analytics platforms, no profiling technologies, and no tracking scripts or advertising pixels are loaded on public pages.

In fact this website itself uses no cookies at all — not even strictly necessary ones. Most websites need at least one, for a sign-in session or a shopping cart; this one has neither. One honest caveat: the site is delivered through a network-security layer that shields it from attacks, and during active attack mitigation that layer can set a strictly necessary security cookie of its own — bot defense, never tracking. You will still see a consent banner: it exists so that anything optional added later can only switch on with your permission — your answer is stored on your device and nowhere else. The categories below explain what that means.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser to recognize you between visits. Similar technologies include local storage — a browser feature that keeps small pieces of data on your device without sending them anywhere.

What We Actually Use

One local-storage entry, nothing else. When you answer the consent banner, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name nyxnia-consent-v1 — it holds only your answer and the date, never leaves your device, and is read for a single purpose: remembering that you already answered. Beyond that, this website sets no cookies and writes nothing else to your browser. There is no analytics script, no profiling, no advertising pixel, and no third-party script of any kind — every file the page loads comes from this domain. Traffic statistics come from short-lived server logs on our own infrastructure, never from your browser. The site itself reaches you through a third-party network layer that analyzes traffic — including IP addresses — to route requests and block attacks; that analysis happens on the network side, not through anything placed in your browser.

That is the complete list. Both answers currently lead to the same site — nothing optional exists today; the choice is stored so that anything optional added later can only switch on with your permission.

The categories consent rules recognize, and where this website stands on each:

• Strictly necessary — required for something you asked for (a sign-in session, a shopping cart). Exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules. In use here: no cookies set by NyXnia — there is nothing to sign in to on this website; the one local-storage entry above remembers your consent choice (remembering your answer is itself exempt), and the delivery network's attack defense can set a cookie while actively protecting the site.
• Functional / preference — remember choices like language or theme. In use here: none — language is part of the address (/sv/), so nothing needs to be stored.
• Analytics / statistics — measure how the site is used. In use here: no cookies — statistics are derived from short-lived server logs on our own infrastructure, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• Marketing / tracking — profile you across sites. In use here: none, ever.

If a strictly necessary or functional cookie ever becomes required, it will be documented here before it is set — see the next section.

If That Ever Changes

Customer sign-in is not open. If it opens, a strictly necessary session cookie (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) would be required for it to work — such cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules because the thing you asked for cannot function without them. This policy will be updated before any such cookie is set, not after.

Any future authenticated platform will be a separate system with its own policy, published with it.

Managing Cookies

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is nothing you must configure for ordinary browsing. Blocking all cookies in your browser has no effect on reading this site.

You can change your answer at any time:

Clearing your browser's stored data also removes the saved choice — the banner simply asks again on your next visit, and the site behaves identically either way.
